Upcoming Policy Changes Effective July 1, 2023

Dear Parents and Child Care Providers

Supportive Services, Inc. has received Child Care Bulletin 23-09 from the California Department of Social Services outlining many of the COVID-19 flexibilities we have participated in are set to expire on June 30, 2023.

Use the link below to review information that outlines the subsidized childcare policies scheduled to expire on June 30, 2023, as well as those policies which will take effect on July 1, 2023.

Supportive Services, Inc. is happy to announce that, effective OCTOBER 3, 2022*, the agency lobby will reopen…

Masks are Required

On October 3, 2022, the agency lobby will reopen for paperwork drop off and pick up ONLY

Masks will still be required to enter the building.

Face-to-face meetings remain unavailable and annual recertifications will continue to be completed remotely.

Handbook Addendum

Attention Parents and Providers!!

 

On June 17, 2021, the California Department of Education, Early Learning and Care Division, issued a revised Schedule of Income Ceilings to be used to determine families’ income eligibility for state subsidized early learning and care programs for FY 2021-22. Effective July 1, 2021, Supportive Services, Inc. will begin using the revised Schedule of Income Ceilings when determining both initial and ongoing income eligibility for families.
